Application:
WLY counting scales are designed to count pieces with equal unit mass. Scales are connectable to label printers for matching weighed goods with labels. The WLY counting scales are Radwag response to increasing market demand for simple operation and maximal automation of weighing process. Scales can also cooperate with barcode scanners, receipt printers, label printers, RFID scanners and PC peripherals like keyboard, mouse, USB flash memory.
Counting system software possibilities:
- setting single detail mass on main weighing platform with high resolution,
- printing labels, c and cc labels,
- choosing product from product database using bar code scanners,
- cooperation with additional weighing platform.
Design and functionality
All types of WLY counting scales feature stainless steel weighing platform, an indicator with TFT 5,7’’ touch screen and membrane keyboard front panel. WLY counting scale enable plugging of an additional weighing platform and provide below functions:
- programming of display and functional keys,
- programming of infrared proximity sensors,
- designing printouts,
- designing text data that are displayed in the indicator display.

 Scale requires two stages of verification process (external calibration is not accessible). Due to the influence of gravitational acceleration forcem the scale has to be calibrated on site. calibration cost depends on the location of instrument's installation. |
