Addplication and design:
Static steel weighbridges are made of mild steel elements. Weighing platform height is only 30 cm (20 cm in case of WPT scale) above the ground level. Scale is designed to weigh vehicles and machines weighing up to 60 tons with maximal dimensions 18 x 3 m (dimensions of the largest weighing platform).
Standard equipment of a static steel weighbridge includes a weighbridge, set of load cells, a digital module and a weighing terminal. The printouts of weighing documentation are processed directly from terminal level or from computer software “Operation of a Vehicle Scale” (“Obsluga Wagi Samochodowej" – OWS). |

Manufacturing options:
- WPT version: A static weighbridge equipped with indicator series PUE C/31/H which provides scale operation. The indicator is equipped with RS 232 output through which it cooperates with computer application SCALE EDITOR.
- WMT version: wA static weighbridge equipped with a WMT module which enables cooperation of the scale with a dedicated computer set equipped with a printer. Scale operation and reporting is done from computer software level with OWS (“Operation of a Vehicle Scale”) application installed on it.
- TMC version: A static weighbridge equipped with TMC weighing terminal, which is responsible for scale operation and printouts of weighing documentation (requires connection of a separate printer).
Optionally, each scale model can be equipped with:
• Large LCD display model WWG-2 for weighing result reading from distance;
• Optical signaling device for control of traffic control on scale (only TMC and WMT version);
• Transponder card scanners CK-01 simplifying registration of weighed vehicles (only TMC and WMT version);
• Road barriers installed on entry and exit from the scale weighing platform (only TMC and WMT version).

Computer software OWS:
Standard equipment of a static steel weighbridge is a OWS (“Operation of a Vehicle Scale”) computer software. The software is a component of a weighing system, thanks to which the process of multiple vehicle weighing is very much simplified and shortened.
Funkcje programu:
• Reading data from weighbridge and their registration in system;
• Store weighing records from measurements as a file;
• Conducting random quantity of measurements;
• Print of weighing tickets;
• Generation of reports from weighing processes;
• Data base of drivers, operators, assortment and contractors;
• Registration of control weighing;
• Optional cooperation with barriers and optical signalization;
• Optional cooperation with cameras recording scale operation and status;
• Cooperation with waste management system by Verlag Dashofer.
