Radwag Malaysian Meeting Days 2009 took place from 6th till 7th November 2009 in Kuala Lumpur. It was the first such meeting held in Asia organized in cooperation with Radwag Malaysia Office. It gathered over 30 participants mainly distributors and agents of our Company from 5 countries: China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand.

During the first day of the meeting we concentrated on two streams of Radwag presentations: marketing and services.

Marketing part was about:
- the development and actual condition of Radwag;
- new Y-series family of Radwag balances;
- ambient condition for laboratory weighing instruments;
- development strategy and sales for the Asian market from Radwag Malaysia point of view.

Service stream:
- checking the balances after receiving from Radwag and eventual adjustment before sending to the final customer;
- practical issues from the service area;
- system of unblocking Radwag Microbalances.

The second day of the meeting was devoted to individual trainings and conversations with the participants.

Judging from the positive response of participants we assume that Radwag Malaysian Meeting Days 2009 ended in our common success as the first such project in this region of our activity.
