The system
is connected with external automation system, equipped with steering and executing devices, which enable automatic, semi-automatic and manual dosing of liquids and lose substances. Additionally, the system enables preparation of mixtures from formulation components (dosing exits). Components have their nominal masses assigned, which are measured by the system during dosing process.
Functionality of BATCHER/ FORMULA making system:
- rescaling mass of formula ingredients
(multiplayer of formula mass).
- setting tare mode of each ingredient
during dosing or formula making process.
- setting the means of ingredient's mass
acceptance after weighing (manual or automatic)
- declaring number of cycles for specific formula,
- stop of formula or dosing process at optional stage of advancement
- cooperation with external buttons: TARE, ZERO,
PRINT, START, STOP, (START/STOP) CHUTE and random
configuration of inputs assigned to the button,
- Free configuration of output numbers for the following functions; MIN, OK., MAX, STABLE, CHUTE P1, CHUTE P2, WORK,
- Printout from formula and dosing process
- The software offers standard printout format
for reports, which consists of following data:
date and time of the report, operator's name,
formula's name, formula's code, formula's mass,
mode, formula's status, assortment's name,
assortment's ID, assortment's mass, assortment's
setting, assortment's deviation,
- Access to operator's, assortment's formula's,
weighing's, universal variables, and tare data bases.
