Application and design:
Static concrete vehicle scales are manufactured from prefabricated concrete elements (concrete class B45). Additionally, ramps of a vehicle scale are hardened during their production process with special chemical agents, which make the ramps surface smooth and semigloss.
Concrete vehicle scales are offered in two versions:
- uplifted,
- pit. |

In an uplifted version of a vehicle scale, the weighbridge is 50 cm above ground level. In case of pit version, weighbridge is located on the ground level.
Concrete vehicle scales have been designed for professional applications like weighing vehicles and machines with maximal weight up to 60 tons and maximal dimensions 18×3 m (the largest weighbridge).
RADWAG offers to vehicle scales: vehicle identification system with use of RFID (radio-frequency identification) cards, preparation of foundation for scale and wide range of accessories, like large size display, printers, etc.

Manufacturing versions:
Vehicle scale in WMT version: a scale consists of weighbridges, load cells and digital module – a WMT module which allows for cooperation of a scale with dedicated PC computer equipped with a printer. Operation and report generation from scale is realized from computer level with application of OWS (Operation of Vehicle Scale) software.
Vehicle scale in TMC version: scale consists of weighbridges, load cells, digital module and TMC weighing terminal, through which the operator controls the scale and generates printouts from weighing process (TMC weighing terminal with Kafka or Epson printer connected to it). A vehicle scale in TMC version can also cooperate with OWS (Operation of Vehicle Scale) computer software.
Optionally, a vehicle scale can be equipped with:
- Large size display WWG-2 for reading of weighing result from distance;
- Optical signalization for control of movement on scale;
- Transponder card scanners CK-01 for easy registering of weighed vehicles;
- Traffic barriers installed on entry and exit from the weighbridge.
Product features:
- High resolution of measurement (internal resolution of a converter: 250 000 divisions);
- Possibility of sending data from a weighbridge to weighing terminal on large distances (up to 1000 m);

OWS (Operation of Vehicle Scale) software:
Standard equipment of a concrete vehicle scale is a computer software OWS (Operation of Vehicle Scale). The software is a part of weighing system, thanks to which the process of multiple vehicle weighing is significantly shortened and simplified.
Software functions:
- Data readout from scale and registration of weighing results in the software data base;
- Keeping records from measurement in a form of a file;
- Running of random quantity of measurements;
- Printout of weighing tickets;
- Generation of reports from weighing records;
- Data base of drivers, operators, assortment and contractors;
- Registration of control weighing records;
- Possible cooperation with system of road barriers and optical signalization devices;
- Possible cooperation with cameras recording events on a weighbridge;
- Possible cooperation with waste management system by Verlag Dashofer.
